Returns & Refunds

At Lush Linen Threads we create pieces that are close to our hearts, so it matters deeply to us that you’re delighted with them as well. If you are not completely certain about your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or offer an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 hours of placing it at orders@lushlinenthreads.com.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once items have been shipped.
  • Requests for cancellation or changes to your order must be made within 14 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for eligible items.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@lushlinenthreads.com.
  • Please wait for our response. Do not ship the item back to us until we have replied via email with instructions.
  • Once confirmed by email, ship items back to us within 15 days of delivery.

We will offer you an exchange or a refund. Items must be in their original condition: not damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try on), and with all labels and tags still attached.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items – these cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Items purchased as a “DONATION” or marked as “SALE” – these are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Gift cards.

We also do not retroactively apply sale discounts to orders placed before a promotion began.

Conditions of Return

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Lush Linen Threads.
  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with us) if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for uncollected or refused items.
  • We do not take responsibility for damages or losses caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Responsible & Sustainable Purchases

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Please read product descriptions carefully, and if you have any questions, contact us before placing your order.

We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, resolution, and print methods may affect how colors appear, and exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us, and we will do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
