At Lushlinenthreads we create things that are close to our hearts so it is really important you’d be delighted with them as well. If you are not 100% certain about your purchase, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.

  • We gladly accept returns for 15 days.
  • Order exchanges, and cancellations within 14 hours.
Order Cancellations
  • If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 14 hours of the order placement date at orders@lushlinenthreads.com
  • Order cannot be canceled once items are shipped
Returns & Exchanges
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@lushlinenthreads.com
  • Await for our response. Please do not ship the item back to us until we have responded via email
  • Once confirmed by email - ship items back to us within 15 days of delivery
  • Request cancellation or any changes to the order within 14 hours of purchase
  • We will offer you an exchange of the items or a refund. Please note that an item should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
  • If you have purchased a "DONATION" or "SALE" product please keep in mind that it is NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We do not accept returns of gift cards
  • We do not retroactively apply Sales discounts.
Conditions of return
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Lushlinenthreads
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item is not returned in original condition
Refunds
  • The refund is provided within 15 days once we have received and inspected your return.
  • Please note that we do not refund the return shipping dues.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for uncollected items.
  • We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.
  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. When approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Responsible and sustainable purchase
  • We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - please ask us before placing the order!
  • We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods, and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, and the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will do everything that is possible to make it right!
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
