This Shipping & Delivery Information page explains how long it takes us to handcraft your order, how shipping times are calculated, and what to expect at each step—from production to dispatch and final delivery.

Please note that total delivery time is the sum of production time (how long it takes us to make your item) and shipping time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it once dispatched). All time frames below are estimates and are given in business days.

Handmade Production Process

Each Lush Linen Threads piece is individually cut and sewn by hand, especially for you, and double-washed before packing. We do not use automated cutting or sewing lines. True handmade quality takes more time to produce, and we appreciate your patience.

Production time typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on our workload and the number of orders in the queue. During busy seasons, production may extend up to 7–10 business days.

Order Processing & Holiday Delays

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods (such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter), orders may be subject to additional delays. Please allow a few extra business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Standard Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: usually 10–15 days
  • United Kingdom: usually 5–9 days
  • United States: usually 7–10 days
  • Canada: usually 7–10 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: usually 8–16 days
  • Everywhere else: usually 8–16 days

Express Shipping Times

For an additional fee of 40 USD, we offer express delivery with the following estimated transit times (after production):

  • European Union: usually 3–5 days
  • United Kingdom: usually 3–5 days
  • United States: usually 3–5 days
  • Canada: usually 3–5 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: usually 5–7 days
  • Everywhere else: usually 5–8 days

Where Your Order Ships From

All products are handmade in Vietnam. Lush Linen Threads also uses transit warehouses in the United States and the United Kingdom to help streamline delivery to some destinations.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Shipping from our side is prepaid, but if you live outside the European Union, you may be required to pay local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are assessed by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.

Lush Linen Threads has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure about possible charges, please contact your local customs office for up-to-date information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If you need an update at any time, you can request the current status of your order and tracking number from our customer service team.
