Shipping and delivery
The procedure of making our items takes time and effort as each item is individually cut and sewn by our hands, especially for you, and double-washed before packing. We do not use any programmed machines or other non-human help. Handmade quality work takes a longer time as you can appreciate. Duration of the production varies depending on our workload and the number of orders in a queue. Currently, it takes 5-7 days for manufacturing.
Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Where does my order ship from?
Products are manufactured in Vietnam and have transit warehouses in the US and UK.

We accept orders from and deliver to all countries worldwide!
Will I be charged with Custom and import duties?
The pickup transport is already paid for, but if you live outside EU, you have to pay local customs and VAT. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, Lushlinenthreads has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be. If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How can I track my consignment?
You’ll receive an email with the dispatch confirmation as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The status of your order as well as the tracking number can be requested from our customer service department at any time.
